I finished High school. The previous quotes and pictures are a part of my thoughts today. Graduation took place at a church, the morning of yesterday. It was a simple ceremony in which i was gifted a group picture and my diploma. I have to say I've never been happier and sad at the same time with the same intensity. My classmates are all very close and we enjoyed being friends since elementary until yesterday, where we parted with our different journeys. I, along with 2 more, are the only ones going "out of state". I shall be moving in 2 months with my uncle and aunt to United States. One of my best friends will be going to F.I.T. in New York to follow her dreams of becoming a fashion designer and the other friend will be going to Iowa (i think)just cause he randomly picked a state and college to go.

It's a bittersweet feeling when i think about leaving the only life i have known. Im excited and enthusiastic about a new start, new adventures, new people, a different culture, new inspirations and new goals; Im sad my parents stay here (and my pet dog), my other good friends & even my room filled with: magazine cuts in a bulletin board, hanged canvases that try to portray art, pillows that carry tears from broken hearts, walls that silence the laughs i've had, a bed with many sleepover adventures, a closet full of clothes worn since the beginning of me, Quiet Times with God, attempted songs written a the edge of my bed & mirrors that taught me what i looked like.
Im going to start college. I'm going to be closer to my really really good friend (she'll be a good hour a way). I'm going to grow, everyday a little more. And when i come back, I'll be someone changed for the better.

Yesterday was the end of a chapter in my book of life. In a few more weeks, A new chapter will develop. Im off to better things.

Not beautiful

I think we Should all remind ourselves the prayer below when we feel that we are not enough, or just not beautiful. We all Have those days in which we regret how we look and wish that certain parts of us could be different (often leading in comparing ourselves with others) in hopes of being uniquely beautiful. I admit i have mornings and nights in which i can't stand the reflection on the mirror, but i also know that i shouldn't feel this way because we are beautiful. I believe that beauty from the inside out is much more precious than skin deep beauty (prov 31:30). I've even met people along the way that are pretty on the outside but their insides could be hideous.
Each part of you is a blessing. And you look exactly how God wanted you to look.

Im so very sorry for disappearing. So many changes are happening and i feel like a failure to myself, too vulnerable to continue, and a disgrace left in solitude. Of course, your mind tricks you always when you are close to victory...it utters you to give up; stops fighting back. But here I am now.
I have new courage and it's so unlikely for me to feel how i did. Im going to face my monsters, accept my wrongness and forgive. Because to Love is to forgive. And to Forgive is to be forgiven. Isn't that what Jesus came to the world in the first place?

Today @ church I saw a Child wipe tears away from his mother's cheek. That moment was magical for me.......I want my kid to do that for me someday.

My Own Verse

I think there's more to me than just pictures, so i should start posting my poems and such. I guess I've been afraid someone else would steal them, but right now all that matters is that i release them in order to be at peace with myself. Spoken words are brushed by the winds, but written ones prevail.
