I've been trying got get my hands on the book for a while. I'll probably read before college (if i find it). When i knew my favorite actress would be playing it, I even got more excited. I'm not sure if i should read the book before the movie, since i did with My sister's keeper and i was left a bit unsettled.

You can see the trailer here.

Have you read the book?

3 Smiles:

  1. This is one of my favorite books in the entire world. At first, I was a bit hesitant because I'm not a big fan of romance novels, but this one is simply breathtaking. It's the only book I can read and reread without growing bored. I say go ahead and read it, you will be blown away :)

  2. OMG
I have read the book I just finished it last weekend it is amazing!!!!
its really good, the author has such a talent to write in two different timelines while traveling but keeping on with the story. I really reccomend it, its amazing.
And about the movie being a dissapointment it will always bee.
Every single amazing novel changes on screen, because of the movie industry. I really reccomend it that you read it before the movie.
btw u read my sisters keeper and watch the film. the book is amazing, i havent seen the movie but it looks not the same just by the trailer.
also, i found the time travelers wife by luck in a second hand store, check those places out...theres always some good novels laying around. :D
    peace.

  3. oooh you should definitely read the book before watching the movie! so you'll have a better understanding of what's going on in the movie, though it may cloud your judgment of the film (i do that often). i have not read the book, but i've been meaning to! gotta find it as well. :)
